Iceland's new £2 product shoppers are comparing to McDonald's

A new Iceland product has left shoppers obsessed after spotting it online with many comparing it to a McDonald's breakfast favourite.

The bargain retailer has its fair share of popular products which often leaves shoppers desperate to get their hands on them.

Now, a new Iceland item has been shared online - and shoppers can't stop talking about it.

Facebook page Snack News & Reviews shared a photo of Iceland's new Richmond Sausage Patties, and many shoppers are comparing them to McDonald's Sausage McMuffins.

The post has attracted hundreds of shoppers, who have been quick to share their opinions on the patties.

Among the comments, shoppers claimed they were excited to get their hands on the sausage patties and were tagging friends and family asking them to pick them some up on their next Iceland trip.

One person wrote: "Homemade maccies breakfast anyone?"

A second said: "Sausage and Egg Muffins at home, who need Maccy Ds."

Another tagged a friend and said: "Homemade mcd's?"

A fourth said: “You would love these! Like MacDonald's!"

A fifth called the patties a "game changer" and a sixth said: "Dreams do come true."

The Richmond Sausage Patties are priced at £2 for a pack of six.
