Iceland's Creme Egg inspired cheesecake tastes like the real thing

Iceland have created the cake of dreams just in time for Easter.

Iceland's Luxury range now includes a Belgian Chocolate Easter Egg Cheesecake that tastes rather similar to the gooey centre of the Cadbury Creme Egg we all know and love.

Priced £3, the dessert is available online and in store now but it is a limited edition product so once it's gone, it's gone.

The vanilla cheesecake has a classic biscuit base and is topped with white and yellow white chocolate sauce in the shape of a cracked egg, complete with dark chocolate strands, The Mirror reports.

The dessert comes frozen so all you have to do is take it out of its packaging and let it defrost - it will definitely be worth the wait.

Other stores like Asda and Tesco are selling eater treats with the same gooey inside.

Asda is selling a Cadbury Layers of Joy Eggciting Trifle for £3 and it looks delicious.

Good Housekeeping Institute recently conducted a blind taste test and Asda’s £5 vegan egg came out on joint top place with M&S's Extra Thick Blonde and White Chocolate Egg that costs £12.

Head to your local supermarket for all the Creme Egg madness.
