Now we know Christmas is still quite a while away and we haven’t finished celebrating summer yet but, Iceland have just unveiled their party food options and we’re counting down the days until we find these items in the fridge and freezer.
The supermarket is launching the UK’s first frozen Smoked Salmon alongside a canapé-packed festive range to help customers celebrate this Christmas. From traditional family favourites to a gigantic yule log, Iceland’s Christmas food will deliver the party, no matter your celebration style this year.
Iceland’s Christmas range will go on sale in-store and online from November. The range will launch in phases so shoppers need to keep their eyes open for updates.
To find your nearest Iceland, we’ve added the store locator here. You can also shop online at iceland.co.uk.
Can't wait until November but want your shopping for free now? Well when you spend over £35 on Iceland's website right now, TopCashback will give you £15 cashback. So you can fill up for freezer and fill up the family for less.
This offer ends on the 18th October 2020 so make the most of it whilst you can.
The Iceland deal is only available for new members or those with no previous purchases or cashback through TopCashback.
Iceland has upped the party food ante with the nation’s first ever frozen Luxury Smoked Salmon. The fishy first guarantees the freshest flavour thanks to Iceland’s freezing techniques - locking in flavour and freshness for longer as well as helping shoppers cut food waste. The salmon is gently smoked and sliced before being rapidly frozen ready for Christmas morning, simply defrost and enjoy.
Known for being the ‘King of the Party Food’, Iceland’s Christmas canapé selection will help every family celebrate in style this year. Family favourite Mini Hot Dog Rolls are back, the succulent pork hot dog sausages are layered with ketchup and wrapped in pastry for a bite nobody can resist.
Also on the menu are Mini Steak Bakes, Vegan Chilli Burritos, Sweet and Sour Chicken Crispy Balls and Mini Fish and Chip Cones which come with the Salt and Vinegar Fish Chunks and a helping of chips. Of course, not forgetting the nostalgic Prawn Ring, keeping traditions for this decade too. Our mouth is watering at the thought of this already…
If shoppers are looking for fancier festive fair, Iceland’s Luxury Crispy Duck and Orange Roses are sure to be a hit.
The delicately sculpted orange pastry hides pockets of meaty duck between the rose like petals for a delicious plate. Serve alongside Aberdeen Angus Mini Sliders for a luxury buffet ahead of the main dinner.
Seafood fanatics will find themselves content with Iceland’s fish filled Christmas dishes. From Luxury Red Velvet and Gold Shrimps to Luxury Champagne and Scallop Crowns, the seafood selection will be a hit with every shopper.
Iceland’s popular Luxury Truffle Turkey Crown makes a welcome return this Christmas alongside an array of roast from frozen centrepieces. The Pork Leg Crackling Joint with Garlic and Herb packs a punch and will leave families fighting over the crispy crackling coating long after the Queen has finished her speech.
For those looking for something a little different, the Luxury Perfect Aberdeen Angus Rump Joint with Beef Dripping Butter as well as the Turkey Wellington – complete with stuffing – will be winners for every dinner. Vegans and vegetarians can tuck into the Luxury Cranberry Topped Nut Roast as well as the No Beef Wellington.
For dessert, Iceland has rolled out some true show-stoppers to get everyone excited. The Sticky Toffee Winter Forest Log is a family sized sharer (over 1KG) with a decadent hot chocolate sauce and sweet toffee sponge, everyone can just grab a spoon and dig right in. Forget the five gold rings this Christmas, Iceland shoppers can pick up a Luxury Millionaire Salted Caramel Gold Bar Cheesecake to add some dazzle to their festive dinner. The solid bar of chocolate hides smoked salted caramel and a crunchy biscuit base.
For a real dessert with serious impressing power, Iceland’s Luxury Honeycomb Mountain is sure to be a winner. The chocolate covered majestic mountain hides piles of crunchy honeycomb on top of a mousse layer with a crunchy chocolate biscuit base.
We’re not ones to wish away the year but roll on December and us back to work.
