Iceland has pulled batches of Turkey Dinosaurs from their shelves amid fears they may contain small pieces of metal.
Shoppers are being warned not to eat the turkey nuggets following a recall by manufacturers Bernard Matthews.
The affected batches are all 450g with a best before date of either 16 or 30 November 2020.
The recall concerns the following batch codes:
L19QGG3
L19QGG4
L19QHG3
L19QHG4
In a statement issued by the Food Standards Agency, consumers were urged to return the products to the store which they were purchased from.
It read: "Bernard Matthews is recalling Turkey Dinosaurs because they may contain small pieces of metal. The presence of metal makes this product unsafe to eat.
"If you have bought the above product, do not eat it. Instead, return it to the store from where it was bought for a full refund."
Bernard Matthews apologised for "any inconvenience this may have caused" and assured customers that no other products are affected in this recall.
