Iceland now sell bags of cheesy hash browns for £2 - and they sound delicious

Whether you enjoy one with a fry up or on its own, the humble hash brown is one of the tastiest ways to eat a potato for breakfast.

Now Iceland is selling bags of cheesy hash browns and we think it's a perfect way to upgrade your morning meal.

The supermarket's new frozen treats are created from fried potato and packed with a cream cheese and grated cheddar filling.

Available in stores and online, each 600g bag costs £2 - which is pricier than an 800g bag of regular hash browns from Iceland that costs £1.

Once cooked, the hash browns have a melting cheesy centre. We can already tell that you're going to love them.

They take 18 minutes to cook from frozen and need to be placed near the top of the oven.

Many Iceland shoppers have been giving the frozen snacks positive reviews online, with one person saying: "I think this cheesy potato product is delicious. One or two at a time, very tasty, very filling. They go with most meals. Great product."

While another wrote: "A Winner Dinner- I like hash browns and rosti's, but often am left with a nasty oil taste from them. But these pockets have none of that."

It seems that Iceland is currently the only retailer selling cheesy hash browns, so you'll need to head to your nearest branch or order from iceland.co.uk to get your hands on a bag. You can find your nearest Iceland using the online store finder here.

Meanwhile, shoppers have spotted salted caramel Twix bars on sale in Co-op stores.

The snacks are similar to regular Twix bars with one key difference - the plain caramel sitting between the layers of biscuit and milk chocolate coating will be replaced by salted caramel instead.

B&M and Poundland recently started selling large Terry's Chocolate Orange bars - and shoppers are loving them.
