Iceland launches new Rump and Brisket burgers for summer and they look incredible

If you're planning on having a BBQ this weekend, there's one thing you can't forget and thats burgers.

Luckily Iceland has announced a revolutionary new burger that won't break the bank too.  Iceland’s Luxury Ultimate 5oz Brisket Burgers are sure to be a huge hit with shoppers this summer and cost a minimal £2.25.

The new burgers are made with beef from retired Friesian dairy cows, with a blend of 'two of the tastiest cuts of beef, brisket and rump, to produce a distinct flavour which is like no other'.

Iceland are hoping that their new best ever burgers will take the crown as the best beef available this summer and beat out the competition for the best ever burger.

They are available online and in store now , and we can't wait to try them.

The beef comes from retired Friesian dairy cows, who have been caringly reared on a family-owned farm in the North East of England.

Once the cows have been retired from milking they are allowed to graze for over six months, and finally the beef is then aged for 28 days to allow for a richer, deeper flavour to develop.

Iceland recommend serving their burger with a brioche bun, and the simple addition of cheese, bacon and salad, so you can appreciate the intense, mouth watering flavours at their best.

We know what we're cooking this Bank Holiday.
