Budget supermarket chain Iceland is getting in on the act and slashing the price of hundreds of fresh and frozen food essentials this month.
The bargains can be picked up in stores nationwide or online at iceland.co.uk while stocks last.
Alongside frozen items the chain is famous for are half price deals on fresh food items like this Luxury Perfect Aberdeen Angus Beef Joint, reduced from £16 to £8.
There are also a number of store cupboard essentials like Dolmio sauces for £1 instead of £1.70 and half price bottles of Comfort fabric softener for £2.50.
The price cuts are ideal for shoppers looking to save some extra cash on food and groceries whilst money is tight this January.
But it's not just essentials up for grabs in the sale. Christmas might be done and dusted, but there’s still a chance for Iceland customers to pick up some of the retailer's party food staples.
From packs of prawn toast and chicken noodle sticks to mini donuts and melt in the middle brownies, most party food items have been dropped to £1.50 each.
Dessert fans can also indulge in some sweet treats in the sale too. T he supermarket’s rich and creamy Salted Caramel Tree Cheesecake is now half price at £2.50 - and we doubt the popular dessert will stay on shelves for long.
