Iceland Foods issue warning as sweet dessert could cause 'health risk'

Iceland Foods have issued a warning to customers about their Mars dessert bar, advising shoppers not to eat it. The product has been recalled because it may contain peanuts and egg - which is not mentioned on the label.

The supermarket has a number of branches dotted in and around Glasgow.

Due to a packaging error, some packs have been incorrectly packed with Snickers dessert bar. The product may contain peanuts and egg, making it a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy to peanuts and/or an allergy or intolerance to eggs.
