Iceland announces Big Mac Inspired Big Triple Bun for huge burgers this summer

McDonald's fans, what if we told you, that you can recreate your very own Big Mac from the comfort of your own home, and it'll cost you a fraction of the price? You'd be excited right.

Well good news, as Iceland has launched it's very own Big Triple Bun so you can make your own Big Mac at a barbecue this summer.

Perfect for when one burger just isn't enough, the Big Triple Bun is the first of its kind to hit UK supermarkets and is sure to be a huge hit at barbeques.

They are 69p for a pack of two, and Iceland say they are perfectly paired with their 100% British Beef Quarter Pounders - which are £2.00 for six at present.

They will be available in store and online from the 21 May , so make sure you pick some up ahead of your Bank Holiday barbque.

Iceland have even added a shopping list for burger fans for the best ever burger.

First team the bun with two 100% British Beef Quarter Pounders (6 for £2.00, 681g), then top with British 10 Mature Cheddar Cheese Slices (£2.00, 250g) - and let it melt. Our mouth is already watering.

Then add in some Iceberg Lettuce (£0.65), Onions (£0.90, 1Kg)and Mrs Elswood Burger Gherkins (£1.00, 670g) and the chosen sauce. And repeat, this is a stacked burger remember.

Finally why not add some Thin & Crispy Coated French Fries (£1.00, 1.25Kg) on the side - and all this will only set you back £8.24. Cheaper than the real deal!
