An ice cream van driver was left frozen in his tracks after testing positive for cannabis. Traffic police stopped the driver on the motorway before asking for a sample of saliva.
Officers joked that they were not offered a double cone and a flake by the driver when stooped at the side of the M60 near Junction 2. The driver was arrested in the area of Trafford before being ‘whipped off to custody’.
GMP Traffic shared a picture of his positive cannabis test on social media.
