Ibrox road closure this weekend for essential carriageway upgrades

An Ibrox road will be closed to drivers this weekend for essential maintenance.

Broomloan Road will be inaccessible between Paisley Road West and Edmiston Drive from 8am tomorrow (Saturday) - 6pm on Sunday.

This is to allow for carriageway patching works to be carried out.

A council traffic statement reads: "Drivers are advised to avoid the area during the above period."

DIVERSIONS: (Westbound) Paisley Road West – Helen Street – Edmiston Drive.

(Eastbound) Paisley Road West – Edmiston Drive.
