Ian Wright scores Arsenal own goal as Gunners legend 'leaks' new strips

Ian Wright may have accidentally leaked Arsenal's new kits.

The former Celtic striker posted an image of his old club's 'new' strips on Instagram before quickly deleting the post.

Wright, who is a legend at Arsenal, posted with a caption: "OMG @adidasfootball I can already feel we're at home. I love this kit."

The image shows strike pair Alexander Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang modelling the sleek new home and away strips.

The home shirt is the traditional red with white sleeves and the usual three lines on the arms as the club return to their former sponsor Adidas.

The away one is also well liked by Arsenal fans and draws inspiration from the 'bruised banana' kit of the early 90s.

The Gunners confirmed back in 2018 that Adidas would take over from Puma as their official kit supplier from 2019/20.

The German sportswear company have agreed to pay the Premier League club a figure of around £300million over five years as part of the deal.
