Former Blackpool boss turned pundit Ian Holloway says 'it's a joy' to see Nottingham Forest riding high in the Championship.
Forest have shuddered in recent years, but under Sabri Lamouchi, the vibes around of the City Ground are very different.
The Reds are currently in fifth place and looking strong contenders for a playoff berth this season, despite a disappointing run of late.
Lamouchi has had quite the impact since arriving in the summer, and that has been pointed out by former Blackpool and Crystal Palace boss Ian Holloway.
Speaking to FootballLeagueWorld. Holloway said: "It’s a joy for me to see him (Lamouchi) doing well, he has untied that club, they haven’t been in the Premier League for a while, so there’s definitely some expectation there to go up this season.
“I hope there will be time for him.
“There was rumours of him going, and I hope he doesn’t because he is crucial for them.
“Forest fans are great, there isn’t many clubs that have fans who stand and applaud you off if you have lost an important game .”
The Reds drew with Middlesbrough on Tuesday to make it , but they have the chance to return to form this weekend at home to Sheffield Wednesday.
