Ian Evatt wants Bolton Wanderers to use the momentum they have built up in cup competitions recently to translate into their League One form.
Wanderers are unbeaten in their last two games, which have been in the Papa John's Trophy and the FA Cup.
Evatt's men beat Rochdale 3-0 in the former and drew 2-2 with Stockport County in the latter yesterday at the University of Bolton Stadium.

Backed by some 5,000 away supporters who were in fine voice throughout, the visitors took a shock lead when Scott Quigley put them in front, but Wanderers rallied and got back on level terms when Eoin Doyle equalised and then went ahead thanks to Elias Kachunga.
But County equalised in first half stoppage time when Ben Whitfield slotted home, with the tie being taken to a replay at Edgeley Park and the game likely to be played on Tuesday, November 16.
Evatt vowed he is not against a replay due to the fact that victories in cup competitions can lead to momentum which feeds into their League One campaign.
Wanderers last picked up three points in the division at the start of October with a home victory over Shrewsbury Town, and Evatt wants their cup exploits to feed into their league form.
He said: “I like playing, I want us to play because I like winning games. I like to feel and win games and I think once you get on a roll and you win games, you gather momentum and it can snowball.
"Football cup competitions can really help with momentum and we have to go there.
"We’ve got two cup competitions coming up - we’ve got the replay and then we’ve got the Papa John’s coming up - and if we can keep winning those games hopefully that’ll feed into the league and we can get onto a good run in the league again.
"There was lots of things in their favour today and I think everybody was expecting a cup upset, but there wasn’t one.
"Obviously we didn’t win and we would have liked to have won but we’re in the hat for the next round which is important, and now we have to go and finish the job on I’m guessing a Tuesday night at the end of November.”
The game against the Hatters was the first time Kachunga has found the back of the net for Wanderers.
And Evatt wants the former Sheffield Wednesday man to kick on from that after impressing with his link up play and crossing.
He said: “Hopefully now that kicks him on. He’s been doing lots of good work, he’s been getting fitter and stronger all the time and some of his link up and crossing has been very good.
"He just needed that goal. It’s everyone’s responsibility as well as his to add goals to the team and I’m pleased for him today.”
