Ian Burchnall names Notts County team to face Eastleigh

Notts County head coach Ian Burchnall made three changes to his side as he went in search of victory against Eastleigh tonight.

Ben Turner came in for the injured Alex Lacey, Regan Griffiths replaced the stricken Jim O'Brien and Lewis Knight took the place of Jimmy Knowles who dropped to the substitutes' bench.

The changes did not affect Burchnall's 3-5-2 system which he has settled on since his arrival at the back end of March.

In goal was former Nottingham Forest goalkeeper Luke Steele behind the back three of Mark Ellis, Connell Rawlinson and Turner.

Dion Kelly-Evans and Adam Chicksen were handed wing-back responsibilities while the midfield consisted of Jake Reeves, captain Michael Doyle and Griffiths.

Up front was Kyle Wootton, who is still the leading scorer, and he was joined by Knight in a two-man strikeforce.

On the bench, Ruben Rodrigues and Jordan Barnett made their return after missing the last two matchday squads. They were joined by Enzio Boldewijn, Richard Brindley and Knowles.

Notts: Steele, Ellis, Rawlinson, Turner; Kelly-Evans, Reeves, Doyle, Griffiths, Chicksen; Wootton and Knight.
