'I won't mind him scoring' - Tottenham fans applaud Marcus Rashford ahead of Man United clash

Tottenham fans are applauding Manchester United star Marcus Rashford ahead of Friday's big meeting between the two clubs.

Attention may be firmly fixed on Spurs' first game back after three months, against the Red Devils on Thursday evening.

But today Tottenham fans find themselves tipping their hats to a United star with Rashford using his huge platform in the best of ways.

The United and England forward called for free school meal vouchers to be provided to eligible children over the summer to make sure no child misses out on food during what is a difficult time for families.

Rashford made his presence felt, rallying people to get behind the cause and the government have now made a U-turn on the issue, agreeing to provide around 1.3m meals for children over the holiday period.

Fans of all clubs are now coming together to applaud Rashford for his efforts, and that includes Spurs fans.
