'Grim and lifeless', 'a dump', 'ugly and scruffy'.
When it comes to having their say on Greater Manchester's worst-rated train station, passengers haven't pulled their punches.
With a score of just 1.7 out of five on Google's review function, Flowery Field in Hyde is the lowest rated of the 92 train stations in the region.
Seemingly a basic, suburban stop in a fairly quiet corner of Tameside, I struggled to imagine the station being so hated.

So on a chilly December morning I went along to try find out why passengers seem to dislike it so much.
As my train pulls out of Piccadilly and trundles past the the warehouses and builders' yards of Ardwick I have another read through Flowery Field's Google comments.
'The most you can say about this station is that it's the best one on Bennett Street', is one disgruntled passenger's pithy review.
'Name does not reflect the dump', another adds succinctly.
So, as I hop off 12 minutes later, I'm not expecting much.
Flowery Field is a no frills, two platform station, which, a helpful information board tells me, opened in May 1985.
It's hardly picturesque, but neither is it the bleak, horror show the reviews led me to fear.
It's fairly tidy, each platform has a shelter with a row of seating, there's an off licence on the road above it and that's pretty much it.
Hyde town centre is a 15 minute walk to the south, while the Peak District towns of Glossop and Hadfield are 18 minutes away with regular services every half an hour.
At first glance it seems a fairly innocuous place to attract such ire.
So what exactly is getting people so riled up?
A lack of facilities appears to be one gripe - there's no ticket machine for instance - and to get on and off the platforms there's two fairly steep flights of an odd kind of ramp/staircase combination, which means access is very tricky for anyone with a pushchair and nigh on impossible for wheelchair users.
But apart from that it looks alright to me.
And the passengers I spoke to seem just as surprised to discover Flowery Field is so poorly rated.
Gemma Rhodes regularly uses the station to travel into Manchester for work.
"Really? Poor Flowery Field," she says when I explain why I'm there.
"It's no worse than any other station," she adds.
"The worst thing is there are no facilities at all and I wouldn't particularly want to be be here on my own at nine o'clock at night, but you could say that about lots of places.
"There's no ticket machine, no staff, you never see any security patrols or anything like that.
"It's not great, but it's no different to lots of other stations."
Forklift truck driving instructor Mike Atkins, from Wigan, has been using the station every day for the last fortnight while working nearby.
He regularly uses trains to commute to work across the North West and says Flowery Field is much better than some stations he's been to.
"You should go to Runcorn - that's a lot worse than here," he said.
"This place has got a shelter, there's not much litter, the trains run regularly.
"I can't see the problem."
Another regular passenger, a woman waiting for a train to Glossop, tells me the station has had a lot of money spent on it in the last year or so.
"They've put in new lighting, they've painted the railings and replaced the fencing," she said.
"There used to be a ticket machine but it was vandalised at least three times so now it's been taken out.
"And I think the kids hang around at night drinking in the shelters.
"But I've never had problems here."
As I'm chatting to another passenger along the platform the woman approaches me again to check exactly how the ratings work.
Seemingly bemused at Flowery Fields place at the foot of rankings, and maybe with a bit of a dent to her civic pride, she shakes her head saying: "The main thing is if the trains run on time. I don't know what some people expect."
So, if the passengers think it's OK, how come it's rated so badly?
It could be because it's only been reviewed nine times, meaning a few bad scores can drastically skew its overall mark.
By comparison Piccadilly, which has a 4.3 rating, has been reviewed 1,400 times.
Or maybe it's just a handful of people who had such a bad experience they were compelled to write a damning review, while the vast majority of the 274,000 passengers who use it each year quietly come and go without a hitch.
Whatever the reason it seemed perfectly decent to me and dead handy for getting into Manchester or out to the Peak District.
I might go write a Google review...
