A woman has been advised to start 'listening to true crime podcasts' after she went on holiday with a man she'd never met before for a first date.
Paige Allan took to TikTok to share her story saying a random man added her on Instagram and asked if she wanted to go to Milan.
She must have agreed because in the next snap she was in an airport with her bags packed - but soon her romantic trip came to an end.
Paige had changed her flights to return home four days early, and said in the video that the pair had sat there in silence and it was awkward, adding that she needed her 'head checked'.

On TikTok, where she uploads as @paigeallannn, she said: "So I went on holiday with a stranger from Instagram and this is how it went."
The first slide in the video shows a text message exchange where the man said he was inviting Paige because it's "better than going on my own".
The next slide shows a text message from a friend which reads: "How's the hols? Like do we have full-blown ick or what?"
And Paige replied: "It's good but yeah I've got the ick. Five more days."
She then shows a screenshot of her altered plane ticket, and she wrote over the top "first and last time I'm going on holiday with a stranger lol. Home four days early, can't wait."
In the next few slides, Paige debates whether she will tell the man she is leaving early and in the end, she documents an exchange they had.
She said the pair began insulting each other as she mocked his conversation skills and he said she was boring, before then revealing she had changed her flights.
When asked why, she told the man: "It's awkward mate, we sit in silence most of the time."
She then left, and asked: "Is it too early to block him on everything?"

Paige's video proved popular with other TikTok users and soon she had over 630,000 views and over a thousand comments.
One said: "Nah, I’m 27 and still my mam wouldn’t let me go."
Then another wrote: "Babe you need to start listening to true crime podcasts please."
And a third commented: "That is one way to get human trafficked. Don’t do this again please or imma tell your mum, be safe."
