Growing old is something we all do, but there's still a huge stigma attached to the idea, and we're constantly told that we should be doing whatever we can to cling to whatever youth we have left.
But one woman on TikTok is reminding us that we're only as old as we feel, as she's completely embraced the ageing process and feels more confident than ever because of it.
Elisa Berrini Gómez, 56, regularly makes videos in which she shows off her full head of grey hair and discusses her journey to self-acceptance and self-love as she tries to encourage others to feel the same about themselves.

In one video, Elisa quoted one of her critics who claimed that "grey hair will make you look old" as she stood with her arms folded and her head down, wearing baggy clothing and looking upset.
The clip, posted on her @elisaberrinigomez account, then saw her transform into a glamorous beauty in a stylish mini dress with a cool leather jacket to complete the look alongside text which read: "This is the new kind of old, babes."
The woman's video quickly went viral and currently has over 254,000 views - and commenters can't get enough of how "beautiful" Elisa looks.

One person said: "Nothing wrong with looking old, it’s part of life sweetie."
While another wrote: "Beautiful goddess!"
After receiving an overwhelmingly positive response, Elisa uploaded a follow-up video in which she shared her thoughts on ageism - and stated people shouldn't be "afraid" of getting older.
She said: ''I know that a lot of people don't like getting older because they are afraid to look old, they're afraid to become invisible, they're afraid of the pain - and it's all stuff that is a part of being older.
''It's practically a price that we have to pay in order to have that privilege."
The woman also insisted she has so much more "freedom" now that she's older because people consider her to be "useless" and therefore don't demand things of her.
She added: "I love looking 'old'. Because I'm considered old and invisible and therefore useless - the freedom!
"My self-love is what makes me enjoy my older self."
Elisa received even more praise on her second video, with people thanking her for helping to normalise the ageing process.
One said: "Love this mindset so much and will start implementing immediately."
As another added: "Your freedom is what is making you reverse in age. Live life to the fullest!"
"'Thank you for this today. Preach it!", a third posted.
