Paul Pogba's time at Manchester United is over, according to agent Mino Raiola.
The controversial agent has claimed his client is unhappy at United and needs to leave the club for a change of scenery.
It has prompted fresh speculation over the future of the French midfielder, who has also recently talked up the prospect of playing for Real Madrid one day.
Both Pogba and Raiola have made regular comments about leaving United over the last 18 months, with his friend and former Reds defender Patrice Evra claiming over the weekend that the midfielder asked to leave Old Trafford in the summer.
The timing of Raiola's latest comments has caused outrage from fans as they came in the build-up to crucial matches against RB Leipzig and Man City.
It is a far cry from Pogba's comments when he rejoined United in 2016.
After departing his boyhood club in 2012 to join Juventus in search of more first-team football, Pogba returned to Old Trafford amid much fanfare as he became the world's most expensive player.
Speaking to Sky Sports after returning to United, Pogba explained his reasons for leaving the club in the first place and said to Thierry Henry that it was never through ill-feeling towards the Reds.
He said: "First of all, I've always loved United to be honest.
"I left here because I wanted to play and I wanted to show the world and United that I was ready to play. I was motivated to play.
"This comeback shows that, while I left United, a part of my heart was still here."
