Hot weather is something that I never quite feel used to when I'm at home and as a result I never quite know what to wear as I go about my day to day life.
On holiday it's easy enough to throw on a bikini and spend the day beside a pool or inside with air conditioning, but that's simply not always an option back home.
For those of us who are lucky enough to work from home, it's slightly easier to navigate the tricky what to wear dilemma but I've found the most effective item of clothing to be gym wear.

I tried AG Sports brand Undershield's leggings, sports bra and even underwear and it was such a relief to have moisture wicking clothing during the heat.
The material is comfortable but most importantly it keeps you cool, it's skin tight which isn't what I'd normally opt for in the sunny weather but as it's specifically made for situations where you sweat I found it worked a treat.
