When it comes to the flavours of Christmas, everyone seems to be trying to bottle them up and serve them in unique ways - from Heinz Christmas Dinner in a tin soup, to Christmas dinner pizzas.
And if those weren't enough, you can now get a Christmas dinner cocktail. Yes, really.
Rich Woods, aka 'The Cocktail Guy', has created a range of festive tipples at his new speakeasy Lost Property Office and the Christmas menu features the Manhattan Roast, a drink that has been dubbed 'a Christmas roast dinner in a glass'.
The bourbon-based cocktail will set you back £14 and features caramelised red onion, sage, parsnip, roast chestnut, Punt e Mes and salted caramel.

In the name of journalism, I agreed to give this bizarre drink a try, so headed off to find the secret bar that's hidden inside BrewDog in Waterloo.
After weaving through crowds of football fans and heading upstairs, I finally found a vintage phone tucked away on one wall. To get into the Lost Property Office, you simply pick up the receiver and wait for someone to answer your call.
A few seconds later, a man appeared and I was led through a door into the small speakeasy, with a bar dominating the space, some cosy sofa seating and plenty of Christmas lights.
Rich Woods was behind the bar, ready to whip up the seven drinks from the menu including the Manhattan Roast, which he claims has been "polarising" with his customers. Much like Marmite, you'll either love it or hate it.
And I'm not going to mince my words, I hated it.
Now, this drink was never going to be top of my list as I'm not much of a whisky fan, but the booze wasn't the problem here - it was the onion.
The vinegary caramelised onion aroma as you go to take a sip is so potent, it's overwhelming, as is the taste. Everything else is lost, except for the onion and a swift alcohol burn down your throat as you swallow.
The only saving grace is the parsnip chip added on top for garnish, which gave an unexpected bite of sweetness, like eating a dehydrated piece of apple.
While the Manhattan Roast wasn't a winner, I did manage to find my new favourite cocktail in the form of Panettone Punch.
The polar opposite of the first drink, this sweet treat has a spectacular cake-like scent that hits as you lift the glass to your mouth and the contents don't disappoint either.
A little pricier at £15, for this one Rich shakes together Panettone-infused Seven Tails Spiced Brandy, tonka, almond milk, citrus and maple and pours it over a large block of ice. The whole thing is topped off with a small piece of Panettone and it might just be what dreams are made of.
I'm not exaggerating when I say that I could drink an entire litre of this stuff. I might regret it in the morning, but in the moment I'd be a very happy lady.
And those with a sweet tooth absolutely must try Richard's Chocolate Orange Negroni which without a doubt is the ultimate Christmas cocktail.
Not only is it served in a cube-shaped box just like a Terry's Chocolate Orange, but the drink also tastes exactly like one too, which blew my mind.
I don't know what kind of witchcraft went into this, but Rich needs to bottle this drink and sell it in supermarkets or John Lewis immediately. I'd happily buy the first case.
The Christmas menu also features a Mince Pie Old Fashioned, Winter Cosmo and a Christmas Collins, so there's a drink to suit everyone's tastes and it really covers all the bases of the holiday season, with cranberries, fir and pine infused vodka, and mulled ingredients in the mix.
If you're in the area, or even if you're not, I can't recommend a visit to the Lost Property Office enough, as each drink is a real experience and the flavours are so unexpected and fun.
And did I mention that there's a giant slide you can go down to get back to the exit when you've finished your drinks? It's literally a big kid's playground.
Rich Wood's limited edition menu will be available until January 6, so get it before it's gone...
