Luis Diaz is going to be even better for Liverpool next season as he continues to settle into English football.
That's according to team-mate Adrian, who is currently out in Singapore with the Colombian on the Reds' tour of the Far East. Diaz moved to Merseyside in January and made an instant impact, cementing himself a place in the starting XI and scoring six goals in 26 appearances.
The 25-year-old already has League Cup and FA Cup winners medal in his possession but as he prepares to begin his first full season in a red shirt, goalkeeper Adrian believes that the best is yet to come from the former Porto star.

When asked by the Liverpool official website if Diaz could improve on last season's form, Adrian said: "Absolutely! His English is improving as well. I think he adapted really well to the team the moment he stepped on Anfield. He did really well. But it's the first pre-season and the Latin group is growing with Darwin [Nunez] as well. We will try to help them as much as possible with the adaptation. Darwin will also have to learn some easy and quick English on the pitch but football is a universal language.
"Luis in his first season with us was incredible, and we hope he keeps going at that and Darwin adapts so quick as well. He [Diaz] never stops, he's very lively, he's very creative – dribbling, shooting. It's a top player and he showed it already in the first season with us. This season it's going to be important because he put the level quite high, I told him before. Now he has to keep that level or even improve it."
With the June exit of club legend Sadio Mane, Liverpool's front three will have a different feel to it next season. The arrival of both Diaz and Nunez gives the forward line a more South American flavour and both players will be looking to live up to the high standards set by the Reds' previous strike partnerships, embodied by the frightening statistics of Mohamed Salah.
