A chocolate fan claims she's taken things to the next level after popping some Mini Eggs into her air fryer, improving the classic Easter treats in ways she didn't even realise were possible. Eve Kennedy, who regularly shares cooking and cleaning content, didn't think anything could make Mini Eggs 'any better', but this was before she decided to chuck some into the air fryer.
Taking to TikTok, Eve urged her foodie followers to give the hack a go for themselves in a helpful instructive video, in which she encouraged them to 'run do not walk to air fry your Mini Eggs'.
Clever Eve, who goes by the TikTok username @evekennedy0, stated: "Right, this is your sign that you have to put your Mini Eggs in your Air Fryer.
"I didn't realise it was possible to make Mini Eggs better but apparently it is. It's as simple as pouring your Mini Eggs into your Air Fryer."
Demonstrating the game-changing hack in the video, she explained: "I had mine on 200 [C] for about two and a half minutes because I like mine quite crispy still. But obviously, if you want them gooier, leave them in for longer."
Eve then gave the air-fried eggs "a good smush down with a fork", before settling in to enjoy a bowl-full, concluding, "It really is that simple and that easy, but my god, they are tasty."
She went on to reveal that she's previously tried to microwave Mini Eggs but found this melted them too much, causing them to lose the crunch she loves so much.
A number of Eve's followers were left smacking their lips after viewing the clip, vowing to give the trick a go for themselves.
One person wrote: "Omg add milk so it's like cereal."
Another commented: "What can't you do with the air fryer at this point?"
