'I spy with my little eye something beginning with champions' - Leeds United begin title party

Leeds United fans are celebrating for the second day in a row.

Without kicking a ball on Friday, the Whites secured promotion to the Premier League after 16 long years away.

And on Saturday it was party time again, as the Championship title was secured, once again without kicking a ball.

West Brom lost to Huddersfield on Friday night to secure promotion and Brentford suffered the same fate against Stoke City on Saturday to deliver the title to Marcelo Bielsa's men.

It has been a long journey back to the big time for Leeds but they have finally made it.

And their supporters are celebrating for the second consecutive day.

The Leeds players celebrated promotion on Friday night, with sporting director Victor Orta telling them he did not want to see any Champagne bottles left unopened!

Supporters filled the streets around Elland Road to celebrate the amazing achievement of Marcelo Bielsa and his men.

And on social networking site Twitter, as you can see above, there were plenty of messages about the club becoming champions, while there were a fair few, given Leeds play Derby on Sunday, referencing the Spy-gate scandal of last season and the Rams beating Leeds in the play-off semi-final.
