“We have exhausted all options and have been wait listed for years,” the Chicago musician writes.

Chance the Rapper is turning to social media in a last-ditch effort to locate a kidney donor for a beloved family member.

The Chicago native, 26, took to Twitter on Thursday on behalf of his Aunt Toni, who he called ”one of the strongest forces in my life,” in hopes of finding someone to save her life.

”I really need help… she is in dire need of a #kidney,” he tweeted to his 8 million followers. “We have exhausted all options and have been wait listed for years. My family believes in the power of prayer and we give this problem up to God.”

In another tweet, the Grammy award-winning rapper revealed he was a little shaken up writing the plea for help: “I’m sorry it was a lil overwhelmingly emotion(al).”

After several inquires from fans, Chance revealed that his aunt’s blood type is O positive, which the Red Cross describes as the most common.

”You can get a quick blood test and physical to find your a match,” he added.

His post garnered many positive reactions from fans who asked how they could donate a kidney to Chance’s aunt.

”Hi Chance. Please send me a message. In the past few days I have signed up to become an altruistic living donor in Scotland. This seems like it was meant to be. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help,” user @amnotyeezus tweeted.

”I’m o+ how do we contact you about it?” @haleight13 added.

@Jack__Kendall tweeted: “I’m type O- and would do this in a heartbeat.”

Others fans who don’t have a compatible blood type offered prayers and well wishes Chance’s family. “A prayer really goes a long way,” he tweeted.
