The partnership between Allan Saint-Maximin and Callum Wilson has already delivered for Newcastle United on the pitch this season.
But it also appears the attacking duo have also struck up a budding friendship off the field in news that will delight the Toon Army.
United's head coach Steve Bruce has recently reverted to a back five and partnered Saint-Maximin in attack with the £20m summer signing.
Wilson has already matched last season's top scorer Jonjo Shelvey tally in the Premier League with his brace in the recent victory over Everton at St James' Park.
However, United fans were left concerned when the 28-year-old was forced off with a hamstring injury in the disappointing defeat at Southampton last time out.
It's a concern that Wilson's team-mates clearly share, and none more so than current strike partner Saint-Maximin judging by his latest Instagram post.
Wilson posted his approval on the French forward's latest video on Wednesday, and it drew an almost immediate response from the 23-year-old.
Saint-Maximin replied 'I miss your smile' with a loveheart emoji, to which Wilson answered 'haha I’ll be back in tomorrow bro'.
Both comments drew more than dozen likes in a matter of minutes, and fans will be delighted to read Wilson is back in training after recent reports suggested his injury is not as severe as first feared.
