People who like watching horror movies - if any - will undoubtedly enjoy watching the terrifying drama unfold on a television screen, from the the comfort and safety of their own homes. However, this isn't the case for one woman who claims to have been left feeling like she's part of her own real-life horror film after hearing disturbing sounds around her home.
Taking her concerns to an online forum, the woman has admitted her fear after hearing creepy "tinkly music" at the end of her garden, which she can only describe as "haunting".
"Tonight there have been some strange goings-on in the last 20-30 mins," she explained.

"There’s a tinkly music sound that I can only describe as haunting coming from the garden - it sounds a bit like one of those old-fashioned music boxes with the ballerinas in.
"Our dog just stood at the back door and barked, but won’t go out there."
In the post on Mumsnet, the woman explained that she and her husband live in a detached house with a garden that's "quite long" and backs onto another home.
However, there are no neighbours for "quite a distance" on either side of the house.
She continued: "I've asked my husband to investigate, but he thinks I’m being ridiculous.
"I think he's probably just as scared as I am.
"Should we go down with torches and makeshift weapons to check or should I just resign myself to whatever killer clown is going to break in and get me in my sleep?" She asked users online.

Since posting, the woman has received a number of responses, as several people online shared their suggestions on how to source the sound.
One person suggested: "Nice strong torch, drag the dog out and investigate! And maybe a good heavy garden spade..."
"Absolutely go and check and I will go and get a cup of tea! I'm secretly hoping it's something sinister," another added.
On the other hand, a terrified user commented: "Jesus that's awful, I'm cuddled up in bed with a cuppa terrified out of my mind."
Following the abundance of messages, the woman managed to convince her husband to help investigate, but it didn't take too long before they bailed out in terror.
The woman wrote: "Husband and I have bailed and even he admits now it is creepy - it got louder as we walked down the garden.
"We are going to lock everything up for tonight and see if it’s still making the noise in the morning when we don’t feel like we’re in the middle of a horror film."
