When I first came across the LA designer Peter Dunham's work with Hudson Grace, I fell for his gorgeous prints and complementary colors which were made for mixing and matching. I'm so delighted that he's collaborated with the brand once more to bring my fall tableware ideas to life for fall with the new Hudson Grace x Peter Dunham Collection.
The Hudson Grace x Peter Dunham Summer collection won me over with the mix of large and small prints, and the soft, versatile palette of spring/summer hues that were just perfect for layering. With this second collection, the designer has done it again, bringing a wonderful ease to hosting.
Husdon Grace founder, Monelle Totah says 'The result is another celebration of authentic, joyful entertaining that makes you want to gather everyone around the table.' There are 52 pieces in the collection, including plates and table linens, which start at $24, and are available online and in-store from today (October 13).

Peter Dunham's design style embraces relaxed Californian living, but he has also peppered this collection with influences from Europe and the Middle East for an eclectic feel. The Italian hand-painted plates and block-printed linens ephasise the authenticity of these pieces which have been produced in small batches.
I love the way that the prints, such as the border sunburst plates, can be combined with the salad and appetizer plates to create a multi-layered look, or equally could be used alone or alongside other pieces that you might already own.

There's a wider range of hues in the new Hudson Grace x Peter Dunham Collection collection than in his first, allowing for more flexibility when it comes to mixing and matching. You can create so many different looks by combining the pieces in different ways, from a blue and white classic tablescape to a Middle Eastern-inspired look or a Mediterranean feel with olives and ochres. Even a festive feel with green and red (as shown above).
Decorating with rust is right on trend, and Hudson Grace's Spice Edit taps right into that, with a range of pieces to style with Peter Dunham's rich, Middle Eastern inspired plates and linens. Hudson Grace has also compiled an Olive Edit and an Indigo Edit to help shoppers create a wonderfully eclectic look with Dunham's new collection.
I, for one, am hoping that we continue to see more from this winning collab, but for now, I'm filling my cart with these pieces for my fall table settings.
My picks from the Hudson Grace x Peter Dunham collection
This rambling delicate floral pattern is teamed with a bold border, and in 100% cotton slub, it brings texture and durability to the table.
Available in three color options – orange, indigo and olive – you can shop these plates individually or as sets of four or six.
Roughly based on a handwoven Ikat stripe pattern that Peter spotted in India, this sunburst plate looks wonderfully striking.
Bearing a print that's inspired by the painted ceilings of an Indian palace, this napkin feels both bold and regal yet muted and elegant.
Inspired by Indian block printing, this plate bears a distinctly fall motif, with delicate florals in a vibrant rusty orange hue.
The tribal print on this 100% cotton slub napkin is inspired by a rug, in ivory and indigo with a bold border, that will pair beautifully with blue and white plates.
I love the ease of this fall collection by Peter Dunham but if you favor heritage prints or are looking for something that has a more nostalgic feel for Thanksgiving hosting, we've also just discovered the William Morris tableware at Williams Sonoma, which is bold, rich, and just as versatile for layering.
