People have been left in tears at the heartwarming Lothian Buses Christmas advert for 2019.
Dozens of people have been sharing their thoughts on the emotional two-minute video which was posted to social media by the transport operator at the weekend.
And many feel that it captures the very spirit of Christmas perfectly.
The ad tells the story of a woman who is preparing to spend Christmas Day all alone in her flat – with just a ready meal for company.
However she's left gobsmacked after her family and friends all show up to surprise her – of course having all travelled there by bus.
The advert was released on Sunday morning and it's gone down well with followers on Facebook.
Honor Flynn posted: "Couldn't capture the meaning of Christmas any better. Brilliant."
Shania Iris Lawson added: "I'm crying at this cos it's the meaning of Christmas."
Patricia Buchan commented: "True Christmas meaning. Brought a tear. Best wishes to all the drivers and staff."
And Many Milne said: "What a wonderful, heartfelt advert, well done!"
