North Carolina has seen some wild relationship drama lately, and one local mom is opening up on TikTok about losing her baby daddy of four years and her best friend of three years in a whirlwind 24 hours. The situation recently escalated into a violent incident where her baby daddy broke down her bedroom door and physically assaulted her, all while he was dating the woman he cheated with.
TikToker @isabellesshoppinghauls, Izzy, said that things started to unravel when her baby daddy, who relied on her car for work, developed a habit of staying out until 6:00 or 7:00 AM after going out with coworkers. On one particular night, after he chose to go out with coworkers instead of spending time with her, she gave him a strict deadline to be home. He didn’t make it, even though bars in North Carolina close by 2:00 AM.
The next morning, she found that her passenger seat was reclined all the way back, a detail that immediately sparked her suspicion. Feeling that “itch,” she took matters into her own hands and downloaded his Instagram data after noticing deleted messages. She found that he had been texting a coworker named Sid, complaining about his “rocky” relationship. Then she found proof he cheated. Izzy confronted him immediately, and just like that, their relationship was over.

The betrayal didn’t stop there. The day after the cheating came to light, Izzy’s best friend of three years, who claimed to see Izzy “like a sister,” proceeded to blame Izzy for the infidelity. For a solid ten minutes, the friend lectured Izzy about “not pleasing her man,” suggesting she should “suck his d— or be sexy for him.”
It got even worse when Izzy’s baby daddy admitted the friend had told him Izzy’s crying was “crocodile tears” and that she seemed “too calm.” The drama took a dark turn when, about a month after the initial breakup, Izzy’s baby daddy moved back into her house because his name was still on the brand new lease, although he slept on the couch.
One evening, when Izzy’s son was with her mom, she had a male high school friend over. They drank, and her friend stayed in her bedroom because her baby daddy and his coworker were on the living room couches.
Her baby daddy, despite being broken up for over a month and actively dating Sid, became enraged. He started banging on Izzy’s locked bedroom door, demanding her friend leave. He then proceeded to completely break down Izzy’s bedroom door and then slapped her hard across the face.
He was so aggressive that she ended up having to call the cops. Although Izzy, bless her soul, omitted the assault, saying that she couldn’t bring herself to send her son’s father to jail. Especially since it was the first time he had laid hands on her.
Thankfully, their relationship is well and over now, because that slap could have easily become assault. Hopefully, Izzy will be able to restart her life, just like the woman who walked away from her partner and got a new job in 24 hours. It would be a great trade for the crazy situation she found herself in.
