If you've ever popped into the hairdressers - whether for the usual trim or for something a little bit more exciting - you've likely heard of the phrase, "I'll be back in a minute".
Whilst we never seem to question where they wandered off to - have you ever thought of what they're really up to?
Hair stylist Casey has shared the little-known insight of what hairdressers are really up to - from sitting on the loo to scoffing cupcakes.
In the hilarious video - which has already surpassed 360,000 views to date on TikTok - the social media star shared the seven potential stages of what your hairdresser could be really up to.

Casey wrote: "What hairdressers do when they say, 'I'll be back in a minute'.
To start, he was first seen scrolling through his phone as he exhaled a heavy sigh - which he described as "check[ing] their texts".
Secondly, he penned: "Shovel food down their throat at any opportunity."
The hair stylist quickly demonstrated the action as he gobbled down a yummy-looking cupcake during his quick break.
"Go to the loo, just to sit down," he added as he aimlessly scrolled through his phone again.
The fourth hilarious action was describing "picking out hair from awkward places" - whilst Casey pulled out bundles of client's hair from underneath his clothing.
"Guzzle a litre of water in ten seconds," he then added as he chugged a bottle of water.
He finished the hilarious interactions with "laying on a cold floor somewhere" - whilst he sprawled out across the wood.
The video has created a huge reaction on TikTok - with several users rushing to the comment section to praise the hilarious and accurate clip.
Several of those who commented praised Casey for his extremely accurate representation - and others of different professions even admitted to the guilty confession.
"So accurate," one user wrote.
"Spot on plus have a little scream sometimes," a second commented.
A third penned: "This is so true!"
"So me! I’m a beauty therapist and do exactly the same!" A fourth added.
