I'm A Celebrity winner Toff 'detained' at Maldives airport over passport issue and begs for help

Former I'm A Celebrity winner Georgia 'Toff' Toffolo has been left in tears and begging for help after being detained at an airport in the Maldives.

Made in Chelsea star Toff, who was crowned Queen of the Jungle on I'm A Celebrity at the end of 2017, had been planning a brilliant Christmas with pals in the Maldives but her dream festive break became a nightmare due to an issue with her passport.

She was told the fact there was a 'missing page' in her British passport would mean she couldn't continue on her journey from Male airport to her destination.

To begin with 25-year-old Toff held it together and took to Instagram asking her followers for advice but then the situation escalated and she returned to her Insta story looking shaken up and in tears to reveal she was in a detention centre with no-one to help her.

She also posted on Twitter "I have been detained at Male airport for a page missing on my passport. I am very scared I don’t know what else to do I have been here for hours. I am not allowed to board a flight home because of my damaged passport but I am also not allowed to leave the airport. Please help."

She then tweeted "I have tried so hard to get hold of any British representative here. I am so upset," and told one of her many followers that she was just grateful she still had her phone after her passport had been taken away.
