I'm A Celebrity winner announced as contestant gets castle crown

The winner of I'm A Celebrity 2020 has been announced.

Giovanna Fletcher is the new Queen of the Castle in a first ever for the ITV show.

The series, which usually airs from the Australian jungle, crowned its winner tonight at the historical Gwrych Castle in Wales. You can find more about this year's location here.

Gi takes the crown from soap actress, Jacqueline Jossa, who won the show in 2019.

Presenter's Ant and Dec confirmed the news following a vote off, which saw Jordan North get runner-up.

Meanwhile, Vernon Kay came in third, he said during his post-camp interview: "I'm over the moon to get third place because it's been an awesome camp, it was well and truly awesome."

He added: "It was everything and more, and if anyone gets asked in the future to do it don't even hesitate."
