He's currently winning hearts in the jungle but before his I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here stint, Roman Kemp went through a serious body transformation.
The Capital FM Breakfast presenter spent 12-weeks dedicating himself to his health and fitness with the help of Caroline Flack's personal trainer, Bradley Simmonds.
Showcasing the fruits of his labour on Instagram, 26-year-old Roman impressed his social media followers with before and after snaps.
He wrote on Instagram back in August: "Not one for posting a photo like this but I wanted to say a huge thank you to @bradleysimmonds for convincing me to do his #12weektransformation.
"Best training I've ever had and provided me with the results I wanted. Thank you mate."
Roman, the son of Spandau Ballet musician Martin Kemp and Wham! star Shirley, has only been in the Australian outback for a matter of days but he has already gone down a storm with viewers.
Some fans have been describing the radio star as their 'new obsession'.
During Thursday night's ITV episode, Roman was seen getting emotional over a Wagon Wheel after Ian Wright and Nadine Coyle won the treat in the Dingo Dollar Challenge.
And it seems to have gained him even more fans - and not just because of his love for the round chocolate treat.
"Get yourself a man who feels the same way about you as Roman Kemp does about wagon wheels #imaceleb," tweeted one.
"Roman Kemp is absolutely ridiculous. Stunning, stunning man. Like the eyes," another gushed.
A third added: "I actually fancy roman kemp so much, it’s becoming a problem. #imaceleb."
"Roman crying over a wagon wheel is already my highlight of this series #imaceleb," said another.
A final comment read: "Didn’t know how much i needed to see roman kemp crying over half a wagon wheel until now #imaceleb."
