I'm A Celebrity star Nadine Coyle's best friend fuels Girls Aloud 'feud' rumours on Lorraine

Nadine Coyle’s best friend today confirmed that not all the members of Girls Aloud got on - fuelling ‘feud’ rumours between the group.

Sophie Atkins appeared on ITV’s Lorraine in support of Nadine, who is currently taking part in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

But the discussion also addressed the girl group, and the fact that Nadine and her bandmates Cheryl Tweedy, Nicola Roberts, Kimberley Walsh and Sarah Harding were not always on good terms.

Host Lorraine Kelly asked her about the rumoured strain within the band, reasoning that everyone assumes that girl groups will fall out.

Sophie confirmed: “Not everyone does get on. When you work with people you can’t get along with everyone.”

She went on to say she would love to see the band back together again, but said she wasn’t sure if it would actually happen.

“She has mentioned it before that there could be a tour,” said Sophie. “I would love it to happen. I’m sure all her fans would love it.

“She had a great time in Girls Aloud and she loved being in a girl group and she has great memories.”

Kimberley Walsh discussed the rumours on ITV's Loose Women whilst Nadine appears in I'm A Celeb (ITV)

This talk of arguments comes just 24 hours after Kimberley Walsh admitted that she found it hard to “click” with Nadine and Sarah.

Speaking on Loose Women on Monday, Kimberley explained that she was more friendly with Cheryl and Nicola.

“It is true genuine real connection between us three," she said.

Lorraine airs weekdays from 8.30am on ITV.
