Giovanna Fletcher has explained how she and her family have been practising for her entering this year's I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here.
Giovanna– who is married to Tom Fletcher from McFly and who has more than a million Instagram followers – says they have set their very own eating trials in the past with vegetables.
Giovanna, 35, said: “Years ago we started doing a runner bean challenge which is based on I’m A Celebrity.
“It’s where we pretend we are doing an eating trial but actually we are eating our vegetables really fast.
" Challenges like this find away of becoming part of the family dynamic and I can’t wait to do this.”
Admitting it will be the longest she will have ever been apart from her family, Giovanna, 35,insists, however, that Tom doesn’t wish he was going instead of her.
She said: “No Tom isn’t jealous, out of the two of us, I am the one getting the spiders out the house, he is very proud and excited.
“He knows I have always said I would love to do the programme and it will be exciting for all of them watching me do it.
"Every time we will have a trial, in the back of my mind, I will bethinking about the boys watching and what they are going to be making of it. I want to do them proud.
"It is the longest I have ever been away from them but it is also an amazing opportunity and I know it is something we can talk about for years to come and say ‘remember when mum did that thing."

In 2011, her husband’s McFly band mate, Dougie Poynter, won I’m A Celebrity and the pair have been swapping notes.
Giovanna said: “He is excited by it, he doesn’t think I am bonkers going in as he knows how much I love doing things like this.
"I’ve done treks in the past and I know how great lifestyle things like this can be important for mental health.”
