It's not long before the former Big Brother contestant is retching and close to vomiting.
She's clearly not impressed, admitting the uterus is "disgusting" as it "pops" in her mouth.
Roman tells her that her idol Jane McDonald will be proud of her, also reminding her it will all be worth it if they win the meals.
But even his face says it all, when he's left horrified by the noises coming from Adele as she continues to gag.
Ant and Dec are also a little grossed out, pulling faces at the contestant as she battles to swallow the item.
It seems at the end of the clip that she manages to finish the uterus, while letting out one more retch.
Whether she manages to keep it down remains unseen, and viewers will have to tune in on Wednesday night to find out.
The clip doesn't reveal what other meals the pair are handed and whether they get full stars.
In the previous episode, Caitlyn Jenner, Jacqueline Jossa, Andrew Maxwell, Ian Wright and James Haskell all took part in their own challenge.
All five of them had to place their heads in a clear helmet, which was then filled with different creatures.
Jacqueline battled spiders, Caitlyn snakes, James rats, Ian scorpions and Andrew had cockroaches.
