I’m a Celeb contestant Shane Richie has been secretly giving signals to his family while at the camp.
The former Eastenders star has already become a firm favourite with fans after the first episode was aired last night.
But viewers have fallen in love him that little bit more as details of his ‘special signals’ to his family were revealed on Instagram.
Some spotted the 56-year-old placing one hand to his face, while separating two of his fingers over his right eye when he sat with celebs at the fire pit last night, reports the Mirror.
It turns out that this is a secret gesture to his five children to tell them that he loves them.
Shane’s beloved wife Christie Goddard shared the sweet news on her husband’s social media account and fans couldn’t help but swoon over the sweet gesture.
One Instagram user penned: “I’m so in love with him and it’s only been one day. He’s the sweetest man alive.”
“Could he be any cuter? Oh my god, this is so wholesome!” another gushed.
Meanwhile, a third fan penned: “What a good dad. I can’t wait to see what he’s got in store.”
Shane and Christine tied the knot in 2007 in a stunning ceremony surrounded by their nearest and dearest.
The much-loved actor is father to five children, Jake, Shane Junior, Romani-Syke Angel Shelley, Lolita Bell, and Mackenzie Blue.
Shane’s ex-wife is Loose Woman panelist Coleen Nolan.
The pair married in 1990 and divorced in 1999.
Lifting the lid on his dad, Shane Roche Junior told This Morning hosts Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes that he was worried about his temper.
Shane’s lookalike son joked: “You don't get to see him when he is tired, hungry, he's going to be cold this year. "
"He will 100% be sick if he does an eating trial, and let me tell you I will be voting for that.”
