Roman Kemp looks totally unrecognisable in a hilarious flashback from 2010.
The I'm A Celebrity star has marked the end of a decade by sharing his worse hairstyles from the last 10 years.
One of the snaps shows him with an atrocious bleached mullet complete with spikes and floppy fringe.
He also roasted himself over his quirky taste in clothes, picking out one particularly striking outfit with a black velvet scarf tied around his neck.
Roman wrote: "What a decade can do... low key I thought I was so @russellbrand with my velvet scarf #10yearchallenge #2020 ."
Most of the picture would have been taken when Roman was a teenager and some from his early 20s.
He wore several different versions of the bleached mullet before eventually toning down the blond.
His posts today also featured a dig at his I'm A Celebrity campmate James Haskell.
Roman revealed he'd sent the former rugby player a text message asking about his plans for New Year's Day - and James hadn't replied.
The DJ shamed his pal by posting screen shots online and than shared his bewilderment when he discovered James had liked his Instagram post - but still hadn't replied to his text.
Roman came third in I'm A Celebrity 2019, losing out to winner Jacqueline Jossa and soap star Andy Whyment, who placed second.
He has since returned to his Capital FM radio show.
