The I’m A Celebrity star admitted today that he went four days without showering in the jungle - instead opting for a more alternative approach.
The Rak-su star, who was given his marching orders on Thursday night, spoke today about the way he attempted to keep clean during his time on the ITV show.
Instead of good old fashioned soap and water, Myles revealed he was instead using Femfresh - a feminine cleansing wipe.
The 28-year-old told Good Morning Britain hosts Ben Shephard and Charlotte Hawkins that it was simply too cold to shower.
He said: "Listen guys, don't give me too much slack for that. I was using Femfresh on the days I wasn't showering.
"I was using Femfresh on my armpits and on the crown jewels."
He then admitted he went a full four days without having a proper wash - which is pretty gross considering the Bushtucker trials the campmates have to endure.
He said: "Do you know how cold it was? The shower is so cold it's ridiculous.
"I was like, no, I'm just gonna leave the shower till tomorrow and then four days went by, and then I realised after I smelt my armpit that I better shower now."
