Giovanna Fletcher shared a heartbreaking embrace with her two boys before she headed off to Gwrych Castle in North Wales.
The 35-year-old author - who shares sons Buzz, Buddy and Max with McFly star husband Tom Fletcher - seemed emotional ahead of her I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! stint.
And it seems as though her boys felt the same, as they hugged their mum for the last time before seeing her on their TV screens.
Taking to Instagram, Giovanna - whose brother is former TOWIE Mario Falcone - opened up about the sweet moment as she said goodbye to her boys by the front door.
"Saying goodbye was emotional but the boys are SUPER excited to see what mummy gets up to in the castle. #imaceleb," she wrote.
Naturally, the heartbreaking snap saw fans flock to the comments section as they showered the mum-of-three with comforting words of support ahead of her stint on the show.
"They're doing to be so proud of you mama!" one wrote.
Another penned: "Aww the wee darlings. I’m rooting for Gi even though I don’t watch it, she’s such a lovely girl xx."
While a third added: "Oh my heart! How sweet."
It comes as Giovanna revealed she's been practising for I'm A Celebrity for years ... with green beans.
The podcaster joked that she's well prepared for any eating challenges that'll be thrown her way in the castle.
She has taken plenty of inspiration from the ITV reality show in the past.
She said: "Years ago we started doing a runner bean challenge which is based on I’m A Celebrity.
"It’s where we pretend we are doing an eating trial but actually we are eating our vegetables really fast! Challenges like this find a way of becoming part of the family dynamic and I can’t wait to do this."
