I'm a Celebrity's Frankie Bridge will be fuming when she sees husband Wayne's message to fans

I’m A Celebrity’s Frankie Bridge may have avoided one of the dreaded Bushtucker Trials so far.

But that might not be the case for long if it's anthing to do with her husband Wayne Bridge.

During Monday night's episode of the hit ITV reality show Emmerdale star Danny Miller threw up as he ate his way through five disgusting dishes and downed a glass of fermented tofu to come out victorious over Radio 1Xtra DJ Snoochie Shy in the first eating challenge of the 21st series.

Former Manchester City footballer Wayne, who was a contestant on the ITV reality show in 2016 and finished fifth, has been gripped by the drama in the castle.

Wayne has urged fans to vote for Frankie (Wayne Bridge/Instagram)

And he laughed as he urged fans to vote for his wife.

Taking to his Instagram stories, he told his followers: "If you haven’t voted for a celeb to do the next challenge I voted for Frank. "Please vote for Frank if you haven’t voted, I really want to see her to do it."

He added: "She’ll hate it but it will be entertaining."

Frankie, who has two sons Parker and Carter with Wayne, is one of the favourites to win the 21st series.

The Saturdays singer turned Loose Women panellist is determined to conquer her fears by taking part, vowing: "I’m scared of most things, but I want to push myself and show a side people have not seen before."

And on following in Wayne's footsteps she said: "Ever since Wayne took part, he has been desperate for me to do it too and he can’t wait to watch me squirm and scream.

"My kids are still quite young, and they still think I am quite cool – so there is a very small window for them to watch it and not be embarrassed!

"I feel now is the time. I love the show so much too."
