I'm A Celebrity's Ant and Dec leave Amir Khan 'gobsmacked' on exit from All Stars

Ant and Dec left Amir Khan totally gobsmacked as he got the boot from I'm A Celebrity saw himself for the first time since going into the show.

With the camp still reeling from Shaun Ryder and Gillian McKeith's brutal exit at the end of last week, the Geordie hosts had more bad news for the All Stars contestants when they walked onto the set and told them they would each ned to vote in a secret ballot to decide who would be next to leave.

The move saw Ant and Dec branded 'smiling assassins' by Paul Burrell, with the former royal butler left in tears as he struggled to come to terms with the fact he'd need to turn on one of the other All Stars. Boxer Amir was much more cutthroat about having to vote someone one, declaring there 'can only be one Legend.'

Well it now definitely won't be him, as he polled the highest number of votes from the I'm A Celebrity campmates, sealing him an early exit from the series, after strongly hinting to the others to pick him.

And it was when Ant and Dec grabbed a video with him for their social media channels that Amir was left in shock at his appearance. Catching sight of himself on the presenters' phone screen, he exclaimed: "Oh my god, it's the first time I've seen myself. Oh my god, I look so thin. I look amazing, I feel good. I've lost so much weight," as Ant quipped: "He'll be fighting again next week!"

Amir replied: "Oh no, give that a minute, but listen, I look great mate."

Talking about his decision to push to be voted out, Amir said: "I didn’t want to see anyone else go to be honest with you. We were all having such a great time in there. I was enjoying it, too. I gave myself the confidence that I can do the Trials. I thought, 'I’ve got no fear now. I can do these.’ I’d impressed myself. I hope people at home say, ‘Amir has made a massive difference to the first time.'"

He added: " I’ve overcome what I wanted. I didn’t want to vote anyone else out. I thought, I’ll be the one to put my hand up. It’s best to leave on a good note than do something silly… which I think was coming!"
