Radio One DJ Adele Roberts comes close to throwing up on camera in tonight's episode of I'm A Celebrity as she's tasked with eating a pig's uterus as part of her Bushtucker Trial.
The presenter - who was joined in the so-called 'Just Desserts' challenge by fellow disc jockey, Capital's Roman Kemp, looks repulsed when the grisly offering is revealed.
Nevertheless, Adele partakes of the the 'piggy pudding' and chews on it until it 'pops', causing her to retch.
"Swallow the juices, focus on the chew," says Roman Kemp by way of encouragement, none of which seems to help the meal go down any easier.
Understandably, all the show's hosts Ant and Dec can do is look on and grimace.
"It's disgusting," Adele groans after Roman then asks her what it tastes like.
And the look on his face as she continues to gag doesn't bode well for how he'll fare with the full menu of camel's anus and sheep's feet that's set to follow.
Just make sure you've already had your tea before tuning in.
