With the launch of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! just days away, the production team have been snapped testing out the first terrifying trial.
This year's campmates will take on the Walk The Plank challenge, which will see the stars have to walk across a plank placed at the top of a 32-storey building on the Gold Coast.
As the show is set to return to Australia for the first time since 2019 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the crew were tasked with testing out the first trial ahead of Sunday's explosive launch show.
Members of the crew were spotted in hard hats and safety harnesses as they walked to the edge of the platform before it gave way under their feet – leaving the crew dangling in the air at a dizzying height.
The challenge has featured Down Under in previous years but, in a brand new twist, a third platform has been added.
Each year, celebrities have been tasked with walking to the edge of the platform, made unsteady by the winds.
The camp mates are usually split into two teams in the terrifying trial to compete for the chance to spend the first night in a more premium camp.
However, the addition of a third plank could mean the teams will be split even more this year.
This year, 11 camp mates have landed in Australia ahead of the series launch on Sunday.
Matt Hancock was the last to touch down at Brisbane Airport earlier this week as he signed up to the show at the last-minute.
The MP, who is said to be receiving a £400,000 paycheque to take part, was suspended from the whip as it was announced he would be heading into the jungle.
Chief whip Simon Hart said: "Following a conversation with Matt Hancock, I have considered the situation and believe this is a matter serious enough to warrant suspension of the whip with immediate effect."
Also taking part this year is Chris Moyles, who recently shared a glimpse of the luxury quarantine accommodation, Charlene White, Babatunde Aléshé, Boy George, Scarlette Douglas, Jill Scott, Sue Cleaver and Olivia Attwood.
Mike Tindall is making history as the first royal to head into the jungle as he was photographed at Brisbane Airport last week.
The 44-year-old appeared upbeat about his stint in the I'm A Celeb camp as he said: " "It should be good fun, why not? It is always worth a go isn't it."
Meanwhile, Seann Walsh is also expected to join the camp mates as a late addition.
A source claimed to The Sun: "Life in the jungle is boring and those long hours around the campfire would be the perfect time for Seann to get talking. He can’t shy away from it either as he’s best known for that snog. It’s unlikely his campmates won’t bring it up."
