I'm a Celebrity odds slashed on Roy Keane as Liverpool legend emerges as possible contestant

Liverpool legend John Barnes is in the running to be on the latest series of I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here.

Ex-Arsenal man Ian Wright experienced jungle life back in 2019 and publicly begged ITV to sign up former Manchester United captain Roy Keane for the popular show.

Since Wright’s appeal, Keane’s odds to take part in the show have been slashed as he is now the hot favourite to join the new batch of celebrities.

Keane is priced at 1/4 with Paddy Power to join the show while Liverpool legend Barnes is 10/1 to be put through his paces on the ITV favourite.

The straight-talking nature of Keane would be sure to go down well with the viewers of the show as he would shake up the rest of the campmates with his no-nonsense approach.

Barnes’ bubbly and fun character would also make him a hit with the viewers of the show and the rest of his campmates.

Spokesman Paddy Power said: “Roy’s scathing analysis of United performances are always trend-worthy.

“You know you’ve got star quality when you can set the Twittersphere alight just for random some absenteeism.”
