I'm a Celebrity line up 2018: Trailer, start date and cast as Holly Willoughby and Declan Donnelly head to the jungle

It’s almost time for the last reality TV show of the year as I’m A Celebrity returns to take us Down Under for a brand new series.

It may be the 18th series of the hugely-popular show, but this series will mark a first for host Declan Donnelly who will present alongside Holly Willoughby instead of Ant McPartlin.

The first teaser trailer for the upcoming show aired over the weekend, notably without the presenters, but it’s enough to get us excited for more critters and Bushtucker trials. And, of course, the rumour mill has been in full swing for weeks now.

Here is everything you need to know…

Who’s going into the jungle?

While an official line-up is yet to be announced, with it usually dropping the week of the launch, the rumour mill has been in full swing for quite some time now with everyone from singers to professional quizzers to soap stars being bandied about.

The Chase’s Anne Hegarty, football manager Harry Redknapp, Hollyoaks star Malique Thompson-Dwyer and Holby City’s Rosie Marcel are all among the names in the mix.

X Factor runner-up Fleur East, Made In Chelsea socialite Jamie Laing and Strictly Come Dancing 'kissgate' culprit Seann Walsh are also rumoured.

And, Celebrity Big Brother villain Roxanne Pallett could be popping up in her fourth show of the year despite resolving to take a break from the spotlight.

Is there a trailer?

The first taste of I’m A Celebrity 2018 aired in late October, showing a little girl finding one of the famous yellow stars from the trial. Her explorer father then explains to her that the “legend” is true before the pair stumble across the iconic red bridge into camp.

Donnelly and Willoughby aren’t present in the teaser. Maybe because they aren’t in Australia yet, or maybe because they’re being kept for the dated trailer.

Heading Down Under: Joe Swash Scarlett Moffatt and Joel Dommett (ITV/Rex)

Is there a spin-off show?

I'm A Celebrity...Extra Camp is making a return to ITV2, hosted by Scarlett Moffatt, Joel Dommett and Joe Swash who have all taken part in the main show before.

The show broadcasts live every night with behind-the-scenes exclusives and chats with friends and family. There will also be plenty of opportunity for viewers to get involved with lively debates and polls on social media and the official I'm A Celebrity app.

When does I’m A Celebrity start?

Well, we’re not actually sure. ITV has yet to confirm an air date for the new series but the show typically starts on the third Sunday of November. At least, that’s the pattern followed in recent years.

That would mean the series would kick-off on Sunday November 18.
