I'm A Celebrity Ian Wright admits he needs to 'do a lot of work on himself'

Ian Wright has had a difficult few weeks in the I'm A Celeb jungle, facing accusations of bullying as he argued with fellow campmates.

Ian has been quick to anger and shout at several of his fellow celebs, especially when he's hungry.

Viewers have slammed his actions, calling him a 'baby' for his bad attitude during trials.

And tonight during chat with James Ian realised he needed to work on controlling his anger.

Ian said: “It’s been interesting what this experience has done to me.  It’s sped up the process of me realising I get too wrapped up in feeling wronged.”

James said: “Something comes over you like a wave.”

Ian said: “I know and it takes me so long to get out.  This has helped in that respect, it’s time to leave that Ian behind now.”

Talking in the Bush Telegraph, Ian said:  “Everybody said just be yourself when I told them I was coming in here.  But what I found out about being myself is that I still need to do a lot of work.”

"It’s not been easy, sadness and outburst over certain things I’ve had to be reined in.

"It’s been an unbelievable journey and I wanted a challenge when I came in here and I got it, let me tell you, I got it and then some.”

*I'm a Celebrity continues tomorrow at 9pm on ITV
