Emily Atack is about to start work on the I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! spin-off, and she made sure she got an early night before the big day.
The actress turned TV presenter, 29, took to her Instagram stories to share an intimate snap of herself before she got her head down for a good night's sleep.
She lay in her bed and appeared to have nothing on as she pulled an excited smile for the camera.
Showing off her natural beauty, Emily went completely makeup free for the stunning selfie.
Emily captioned the photo: "5pm bedtime for me.
"Up in six hours to head to studio. Woo."
She got into the spirit of things by adding a snake emoji to her post.
Emily has replaced Scarlett Moffatt as one of the hosts of the I'm A Celeb sister show.
She will co-present Extra Camp with comedian Joel Dommett and soap star Adam Thomas.
The trio have all starred in I'm A Celeb; Emily last year and Joel and Adam in 2016.
It is the first year Adam and Emily will host the show but Joel started in 2017.
Emily came runner-up to King of the Jungle Harry Redknapp last year, winning over fans across the nation with her natural honesty and attempts to flirt through the camera with Harry's son Jamie Redknapp.
She is rooting for Jacqueline Jossa to win because she's "been through quite a lot".
Meanwhile, Joel says he thinks Caitlyn Jenner will do well despite being 70 – but will also get picked on by the public.
